  The Yoga Center has quite unexpectedly changed my life. Lynda provides the most comprehensive and in-depth yoga instruction I have ever received and delivers it with grace, kindness, patience and love. I can always rely on a class at The Yoga Center to provide me with intelligent instruction and an incredible space to learn and grow. She also provides incomparable body work that will truly heal you.

  Perfect for yoga beginners and folks with experience. The Yoga Center provides space and instructors that are patient, instructive, and accommodating. You don't need to know anything about yoga or have any special equipment at all to try a class. All you need is comfortable pants and a willingness to try. There is no pressure to look a certain way or already be flexible before you go. The instructors modify the positions to meet you where you are, even if you're injured and recovering or brand new to the practice. I highly recommend The Yoga Center for anyone who has considered trying it once to find out what it's like. I bet you'll come back for more.
